Vicki L. OGrady, MA, LMHC

Vicki L. O'Grady

Vicki O'Grady is a Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor and accomplished workshop presenter. Vicki has worked in the fields of mental health, addictions, eating disorders and personal growth beginning in the late 70's. She has been in private practice since 1989 in Maitland, Florida and has traveled throughout the United States and Israel presenting personal growth courses, workshops and seminars.

The Founder and past Director of Personal Power and Prosperity, Vicki brings compassion, insight and a wonderful sense of humor to her P3 weekends.

Vicki's education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with Social Welfare Certification from Meredith College in Raleigh, North Carolina. Her Masters of Arts degree is from Rollins College, Winter Park, Florida.

Vicki is trained in Imago Relationship Therapy (developed by Harville Hendrix and endorsed by Oprah), hypnotherapy, EMDR, Emotional Freedom Techniques, and parenting techniques developed by INCAF--the International Network for Children and Families.

Vicki has appeared as an expert on radio and television programs in Florida on the topics of eating disorders, addictions and relationships. She uses her own recovery and experiences to inspire others to enrich their lives.

Deborah Ann Willbur, LCSW, ACSW, BCD, CGP

Deborah Ann Willbur, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has been in private practice in Winter Park, Florida since 1982. She has trained extensively in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, System Theory and Redecision Therapy and is an Internationally Certified Parenting Instructor.

She is a certified PBSP therapist and became a PBSP supervisor in 2007. Also in 2007, she received her certification as a PBSP trainer. She is a certified Psychotherapy Supervisor in the State of Florida and is an on-site supervisor of graduate school interns from the University of Central Florida and Rollins College.

Deborah is well known for her public speaking skills and has presented at a number of Local and National Conferences such as the AGPA Conference and at the Southeastern Psychomotor Society.

Bert A. Mitchell

Bert A. MitchellAfter graduating from the University of Iowa in Communications Bert has spent many years facilitating many personal growth courses and workshops. Throughout his career as a trainer, he has developed classes on Conflict Management, Team-building, Leadership, Customer Service, Listening, Anger Management, Resume Writing, Interviewing, EEO Laws and Workplace Etiquette, just to name a few!

After attending a rigorous 2 year training program Bert developed a personal growth workshop based on Adlerian psychology and presently facilitates this workshop for P3 in Orlando and Heart of Asheville. He brings a warm sense of humor and fun to all of his workshops as well as a dose of reality and wisdom.

Bert lives in Tallahassee, Florida where he is the Regional Trainer and Facilitator for the local private not-for-profit job service organization.

Bill Huey, MSW

Bill HueyFrom teaching the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) to six sigma training, Bill Huey understands people and processes. For more than 15 years, he has worked as a consultant and facilitator in both business and education. Bill’s insight into human behavior and his experience as an instructor enable him to help people and organizations break through the barriers that prevent them from achieving personal performance goals and process solutions. 

He earned his graduate degree from the University of Denver. His undergraduate degree is from Metro State College in Denver, Colorado. Bill also completed the U.S. Navy’s elite UDT/SEAL training and was a member of UDT-21 (now SEAL Team 8). In 1988, he began his training career with Global Relationship Centers Inc., an international interpersonal skills company. While there, he became an instructors’ trainer which led to assignments throughout North America, Israel, and the former Soviet Union. The University of Florida’s Health Science Center recruited Bill in the early 1990s to work as an internal consultant for its six colleges. In addition to learning the ins and outs of a medical college environment, he designed, developed, and delivered programs on negotiation, leadership, and communication during his tenure.

Bill started his own company, Onsite Performance Solutions in 1999 and has completed projects for companies and organizations such as Sprint, the US Army, US Food Service, the Veterans Healthcare Administration, and the Radiology Society of North America. Bill’s writing has been published in Alternative Therapies in Health and Medicine, and he is a contributor to the book Shape Up Your Program! Tips, Teasers & Thoughts for Type Trainers. In addition to being a certified administrator for the MBTI, he is a certified instructor for programs offered by DDI and Achieve Global.

Josh Magro, M.A.

JoshJosh received his master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rollins College. He is currently a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern with the Center for the Healing Arts in Winter Park, Florida.

Josh is trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, Nonviolent Communication (NVC), and Clinical Hypnosis and has worked in the personal growth field for over a decade. He also worked as a Camp Counselor at Kids Camp Orlando for over six years, creating lesson plans and facilitating team-building activities.

Josh is also a multimedia artist and a cook in his spare time.
